  • Sequence of Movement

The fingers of both hands are closed to a loose fist, whereby the index finger remains stretched out. Now place both index fingers horizontally and with the back of the hand on the back of the person addressed. The hands are placed so that the left index finger is on the upper part between the shoulder blades, the right index finger on the lower part between the shoulder blades. In a rotating movement, move both index fingers simultaneously so that the left index finger moves downwards in an outwardly shaped semicircle and the right index finger moves upwards in an outwardly shaped semicircle. So both fingers change position.

With the hand you form a V-hand, where the index and middle finger are put away, the other fingers are angled. The fingertips of the V are placed on the upper left shoulder blade of the addressed person, so that the back of the hand can be seen. In a twisting movement of the wrist to the right, tilt the hand horizontally to the right so that the V-hand is now centered on the back and you are now looking at the palm of your V-hand..
