  • Sequence of movement

    With a flat hand, you stroke the person's upper arm once from top to bottom. Then form your hand into a fist with your thumb spread out. The tip of the thumb is now moved three times in succession in a straight line from top to bottom over the same spot. Finally, repeat the movement from the beginning and again stroke the upper arm with a flat hand from top to bottom.
