  • Sequence of movement

    The hand is formed into a flat hand. This flat hand is now placed with the inner edge of the hand against the upper arm of the person being addressed and pressed down twice in quick succession at the same point. This is similar to the hand movement when operating a soap dispenser. Then place the hand flat on the upper arm and make several small twisting movements to the right, as if the arm was being soaped.
