Sequence of movement
With the index finger, draw a spiral on the upper back between the shoulder blades. Start on the outside left and turn it inward. At the top right of the spiral, you then figuratively add a hanging sheet of toilet paper. To do this, form the hand into a flat hand, which you fold in a small grasping motion so that the thumb and the fingertips of the other fingers are almost touching. With this grip, one grasps the upper right part of the painted spiral and then pulls the hand away in a small arc over the shoulder blade to the outside below. This symbolizes the leaf that one grasps and tears off.
