Sequence of movement

Both hands are formed into O-hands so that all fingertips are almost touching each other. The fingertips are now placed on the upper back of the person being addressed, with both hands next to each other. In a flowing movement, pull both hands up and out and open them at the same time. At the end of the movement, both hands lie flat on the person's shoulders with fingers spread apart.
