Sequence of Movement
A total of four downward movements are made on the right shoulder blade with the bent flat hand. The first movement is slow at first and after a very short pause, the next three movements are performed quickly one after the other. In all movements, only the edge of the hand held horizontally touches the back and sweeps straight down.
