  • Sequence of movement

    The hand is clenched into a fist and the knuckles are placed on the upper right shoulder blade. In small movements, the hand is now wiped twice to the right and twice to the left, as if you had a steering wheel in your hand and were steering. Then the letter "X" is drawn in the middle between the shoulder blades.
