  • Sequence of movement

    The hand is formed into a claw hand. The fingers are slightly spread apart and the fingers are bent. The fingertips are now positioned on the upper back, between the shoulder blades and the hand is pulled straight down in a flowing movement to about the middle of the back.

Now the hand stops very briefly and is then moved a little further down vertically with the same hand shape.
