Sequence of Movement
The hand is made into a loose fist with the index finger stretched straight forward. The back of the hand points upwards. With the outer edge of the stretched finger, one now moves from back to front in a horizontal to slightly curved line over the upper arm. Conversely, the index finger is moved backwards from the front side of the upper arm of the person being addressed to show the way back - the exit.
