  • Sequence of movement

    The flat hand is placed loosely on the upper edge of the right shoulder blade of the person being addressed, so that the fingertips are already on top of the shoulder. Now a light pressure is briefly applied to this spot.

    The hand lightly grips the upper arm of the person being addressed from behind. Now a short pressure is applied to the upper arm.

    The hands of the person lie with a loose grip in the hands of the assistant. The assistant now releases her right hand from the grip and in turn grasps the forearm of the person being addressed. A light pressure is exerted on the forearm.
