    You grab under the elbow of the person you are talking to and in a careful movement lift their arm upwards, lightly tapping their elbow until they have lifted their arm.

  • Sequence of movement

    Both your hands are in the hands of the person addressed. In a light flowing movement, one (the right) hand is raised and pulled slightly upwards so that the person addressed raises his or her arm.
