Sequence of movement
The dominant hand forms a fist, but with the thumb and little finger splayed outward. The knuckles of the three bent fingers are now placed on the person's shoulder blade and short turns are made to the right and left in the wrist, so that alternately the thumb or the little finger touches the back. The hand imitates a telephone receiver that wobbles - which is supposed to indicate a ringing.
