  • Sequence of movement

    The flat hand with fingers spread apart is placed on the upper back of the person being addressed. In several small quick movements, the hand is now pulled down and back up.

  • Sequence of movement

    Thumb and index finger are slightly bent towards each other and form a kind of "C". The other fingers are tucked straight away. Now the upper arm of the person being addressed is grasped with the thumb and index finger and minimal movements are made upwards and downwards.
