    The hand is formed into a kind of claw so that the fingers are spread apart and bent. The fingertips of this hand formed in this way are now placed on the back of the person addressed between the shoulder blades. At this point, one now performs several small circular movements.

These are drawn one after the other in a slow rhythm, so that the stroke with the right hand is almost finished, while the stroke with the left hand already begins slowly.
