Sequence of movement

Form a kind of C with a flat hand by slightly spreading the thumb and slightly bending the other fingers. With this hand position, place the hand horizontally on the middle of the back between the shoulder blades. In a quick, jerky movement, pull the hand minimally upward in the direction of the shoulders with a little pressure over the fingertips.
