  • Sequence of Movement

    The spread hand of the performing person lies (with the back of the hand facing outwards) on the middle of the back of the person being addressed. In this position, the hand now describes a semicircle and is then guided along the spine back to the starting point between the shoulder blades by pulling the movement up towards the neck.
