  • Sequence of movement

    Use the index fingers of both hands to draw a square on the back of the person being addressed. To do this, start in the upper middle of the back. The tips of both index fingers meet here. In a simultaneous movement of both hands horizontally outwards, from there vertically downwards and finally horizontally again at the lower back in the direction of the spine, the contours of the carpet are depicted.
