Sequence of Movement
The hand is formed into a fist with the thumb resting on the side. This fist is now placed with the thumb on the right shoulder blade and describes a vertical movement downwards. During this downward movement the fist is opened quickly so that at the end of the movement all five fingers of the hand are loosely spread. A light contact of thumb and index finger to the back of the person remains throughout.
