  • Sequence of movement

    The hand forms a C-hand, meaning all fingers are slightly bent. With the outer edge of the hand, tap the right shoulder blade twice, with the opening of the hand pointing upward toward the head. In a second gesture, draw a kind of vessel on the same spot with the index finger. Start with the outer left side of the vessel, then draw the bow and finally the outer right side.
