    The right hand forms a G-hand shape. Here, only the index finger is rolled out. All other fingers rest against the hand. The hand touches the person being addressed between the shoulder blades so that the entire back of the index finger touches the back. Now the finger is pushed horizontally to the left until it rests on the left shoulder blade.

    The right hand forms a flat hand. The hand touches the person addressed between the shoulder blades so that the edge of the hand touches the back on the spine. Now the hand pushes to the left until it arrives on the left shoulder blade. This movement is repeated once more.
