Sequence of Movement
Thumb and index finger form the pipette handle (the fingertips of both fingers touch), the other fingers are loosely stretched. With this pipette handle, you now grip the inner arm of the addressed person very lightly at wrist level and press there briefly and lightly once (minimal slight pinching). This is changed to the hand of a flat hand. With the outer edge of the flat hand, you now move it back and forth a few times in small back and forth movements over the spot where you pinched lightly just before. These back and forth movements represent cutting the meat.
