Sequence of movement
The hand is formed into a C-hand, i.e. so that the fingers of the fig, middle and ring finger as well as the little finger are slightly bent. The thumb is splayed and also bent. With this hand shape, you now lightly grasp the upper arm of the person you are addressing just above their elbow. In a flowing movement, pull this C-hand upwards to about the middle of the upper arm. In a second step, form the hand into a fist with the thumb resting against the side. The side of the fist with the applied fingers is now placed on the middle of the upper arm of the person being addressed and small circular movements are made to the right (symbolizing the grinding of something).
