Sequence of Movement
On the right shoulder blade, the angled flat hand makes a total of four upward movements with the right shoulder blade. The first movement is slow at first and after a very short pause, the three following movements are executed quickly one after the other. In all movements, only the horizontal edge of the hand touches the back and moves straight up.
