  • Sequence of movement

    The hand is formed into a C-hand, i.e. so that the fingers of the fig, middle and ring finger as well as the little finger are slightly bent. The thumb is splayed and also bent. With this hand shape, you now lightly grasp the upper arm of the person you are addressing just above their elbow. In a flowing movement, pull this C-hand upward to about the middle of the upper arm.
