  • Sequence of movement

    Both hands form a U-hand shape, with the index and middle fingers extended and all other fingers bent. Now place the left U-hand on the left shoulder blade with both fingers extended so that the side of the middle finger rests. The right U-hand is now placed in a similar manner, with its extended fingers placed close in front of the tips of the extended fingers of the left hand. In several small back-and-forth movements, one now draws the right hand across the shoulder blade. This movement imitates the cutting motion.
