  • Sequence of Movement

    The (right) hand is formed into a flat hand, the outer edge of which is placed on the upper arm slightly above the elbow. The fingertips point towards the shoulder and you can see your own palm. Now the hand is moved upwards in a serpentine motion until the fingertips reach above the shoulder.

The fingertips point towards the hand and you can see the back of your own hand. Now the hand is moved downwards in a snake-like motion until the fingertips reach approximately the wrist of the person addressed.
